Yes. At the time of booking you make an advance payment of 10% in cash at our office or by transfer to our company account in Thailand, or to an account in Russian banks. As a confirmation of prepayment you will get a receipt, filled out contract from our side. Prepayment can be refunded in case of cancellation at least 7 days before the booking date.

Yes, all of our vehicles are covered by premium insurance from Tokio Marine Insurance, with all insured events covered, with the possibility of an insurance agent coming to the scene of the accident promptly. Be careful when renting a car from other companies or renting a car from a private individual, most of the time they have ordinary insurance, in these cases you will not get a refund of the deposit, even if you are not to blame for the accident. Renting a car from us, you will get a full refund of the deposit paid, if you are not at fault in the accident, as well you will get a replacement car if available or a refund for the remaining days of the lease. If you are guilty of an accident you will be charged only the deposit, as well as the possibility of obtaining a replacement car or a refund.

For our customers the mileage in Phuket is unlimited, and all drivers are allowed to use the car. Phuket is unlimited and all drivers on the rental agreement can use the car.

You will be given a clean car. The car must be clean on return, or you can save your time and pay 500 baht for a car wash.

Deposit deductions for vehicle damage:
From 1,000-6,000 baht vehicle damage.
Major damage must be documented by police officers at the time of the event! You need to contact your personal manager immediately
If you are not at fault in the accident, there is no deductible upon confirmation of innocence by the police/insurance agent
